Our production line adopts advanced machines such as Autowell M40K high-speed Cell Soldering Stringer, X N 180-H Automatic Bus-bar Soldering Stringer, G Solar 13A+ Solar Simulator, etc. Which realize fully automatic production line with product power range from 450 watt to 700 watt by half-cut technology. Moreover, our company introduced the M E S manufacturing system to trace the entire process of all products.
Also, we have built a professional photovoltaic laboratory based on German ATLAS testing system, which a series of tests above and beyond the strict international standard was performed, including endurability test, U V degradation tests, mechanical load performance test, and even various performance tests under harsh environments to protect the solar cell from moisture, freezing and mechanical shock.
